Is the Usherbot just for visitors?
The Usherbot’s system is used for both members and visitors. It helps to capture the names of every person that walks into your building. In addition, the Usherbot helps identify visitors' needs and serves as a management tool for members.
The unique features of the Usherbot allow members and visitors alike to access bulletin information, pay tithes and offerings, access sabbath school lessons, sermon videos, etc.
Who has access to the database?
Only authorized personnel, approved by your church, has access to the data stored & collected from the use of the Usherbot. Usherbot’s access is granted through permission from the administration of the church. Its access to the database is solely for support for the church’s team with full authority from that team's head.

I have multiple churches. Can they use the same Usherbot?
The setup of the Usherbot is unique to every church. Every Usherbot has a bot specifically designed to suit the needs of the individual church. Therefore, each church will require its own Usherbot.
I have a smaller church. Can I still use the Usherbot?
We have options for small churches as well as larger congregations. We’ve built to suit the needs of your congregation and community. Ask about our TMI Bot if you serve a smaller congregation.
I am currently using another system. Do I still need the Usherbot?
